Celesse Subscription Terms
Effective date and last updated: September 23, 2026
These Subscription Terms explain in plain language how paying for Celesse works: what you can buy, how introductory offers and renewals work, how to cancel, and how refunds work. They form part of our Terms of Use (celesse.co/terms). They apply to every purchase made on celesse.co and in the Celesse web application. Your contracting party, the seller and the Merchant of Record for every purchase is Alvin AI Studio LLC, 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor Suite 3007, New York, NY 10013, USA (the "Company", "we", "us"). Our technical provider, Otto Apps Yazılım Uygulama Bilgi Teknoloji Reklamcılık Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Türkiye), operates the software on our behalf but does not sell to you, does not charge you and never handles your card details.
1. What You Can Buy #
Celesse Premium is our single subscription. It gives you ongoing access to your readings and premium features for as long as it is active. You choose a billing period:
| Plan | Billed every |
|---|---|
| 1 week | 7 days |
| 4 weeks | 28 days |
| 12 weeks | 84 days |
| 24 weeks | 168 days |
| 1 year | 12 months |
We bill by the week, not by the calendar month. A 4-week plan is charged every 28 days, which is 13 charges in a year, not 12. The price you see for a plan is the price for one billing period.
One-time products. Soulmate Sketch, Palm Reading, and credit or question packs are paid once. Nothing renews. Palm Reading is purchased inside the Celesse web application, where you also take or upload the photograph of your hand.
Packages. We sometimes offer a subscription and a one-time product together at a single package price. Your order summary shows both items separately. Only the subscription renews; the one-time item is delivered once and never charged again.
2. Introductory Offers #
Some offers start with a 7-day introductory period at a reduced price. Here is exactly how that works:
- You pay the introductory price today and receive full access for 7 days.
- Unless you cancel before the 7 days end, your subscription continues automatically at the regular price of the plan you selected, for that plan's billing period, and then renews at that price every billing period until you cancel.
- Before you pay, we show you the introductory price, the regular price, the billing period, and the date of the first regular charge.
- Cancelling during the introductory period stops the regular charge from ever happening. You keep access until the 7 days end.
We may also offer a reduced price for a first full billing period. The same rules apply: the regular price and the date it starts are shown before you pay.
3. Automatic Renewal #
Every Celesse Premium plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price disclosed when you subscribed, until you cancel. Renewal charges are made to the payment method on file. If a charge fails, see Section 11.
4. Your Consent #
Two confirmations stand between you and a subscription charge:
- At the email step, you tick a box confirming that you are 18 or older and that you accept our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- At checkout, before we charge you, you tick a dedicated box that states the amount you pay today, the amount and frequency of the renewal, the date of the first renewal, and that the plan renews until you cancel. This box is separate from the first one and is never pre-ticked.
For visitors in the United States, and for visitors whose location we cannot determine, both boxes must be ticked before you can continue. The renewal terms also appear on the paywall directly under the price of the plan you select. We keep a record of your consent (the wording shown, the time, and your IP address) for at least three years.
5. What You Will See on Your Card Statement #
Every Celesse charge appears on your card or bank statement as CELESSE.CO/SUPPORT. If you see that descriptor and do not recognise the charge, email support@celesse.co before contacting your bank; we aim to answer within one business day.
6. Receipts and Billing Information #
We do not send renewal-reminder emails. Any payment receipt you receive by email is issued by our payment processor, Stripe, under its own settings. The status of your plan is shown in your account settings, and you can ask support@celesse.co at any time for the date and amount of your next charge or for your billing history.
7. Price Changes #
We may change subscription prices. If a price increase affects you, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel free of charge before it applies; otherwise the new price applies from the first renewal after the notice period. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
8. How to Cancel #
Cancelling is as easy as subscribing, and you can do it the same way you signed up: online.
- Sign in, open your account settings, and choose to cancel your subscription. No phone call and no reason are required.
- If you cannot sign in, email support@celesse.co from the address on your account. We process the cancellation within 7 days at the latest and confirm by email.
What cancelling does:
- It stops all future charges. Nothing else changes until the end of the period you have paid for: you keep access until then.
- Cancelling during an introductory period means the regular charge never happens.
- Cancelling does not by itself refund a past charge. If you want a refund as well, see Section 9; the two requests are separate and you can make both.
- Closing your account (Terms of Use, Section 11) cancels your subscription immediately and ends access immediately. If you only want to stop renewals, cancel the subscription rather than closing the account.
9. Refunds and Your Right of Withdrawal #
9.1 Refund window
You may request a full refund of any charge (an introductory charge, a renewal, or a one-time product) within seven (7) days of that charge by emailing support@celesse.co from the address on your account. Requests made more than seven days after a charge are at our discretion and are generally limited to service unavailability exceeding 24 hours (excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our control) and billing errors such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts. Every request is verified by our support team before processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank. Refunding a one-time product removes the corresponding credit or delivered item from your account.
9.2 Refunds and cancellations are separate
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not by itself refund a past charge. Requesting a refund does not by itself cancel your subscription. If you want both, ask for both, and we will do both. No refund is owed for the unused part of a paid period except under Section 9.1 or where the law requires.
9.3 If you live in the EU, EEA or UK: your statutory right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you subscribe. To exercise it, tell us within those 14 days, either by cancelling in your account settings or by emailing support@celesse.co with a clear statement that you withdraw (you may use the model form at the end of this page, but you do not have to). We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your notice. Where you asked us to start providing the service during the withdrawal period, the law allows us to deduct a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the day you told us; our 7-day refund window in Section 9.1 applies in addition, whichever is more favourable to you.
One-time digital products (Soulmate Sketch, Palm Reading, credit and question packs) are digital content that we begin creating immediately upon purchase. By completing such a purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once creation has begun, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal for that item. This does not affect your rights if the product is defective, is not delivered, or is not as described: in those cases you remain entitled to the remedies available under the law of your country. The 7-day window in Section 9.1 applies to these products as well.
9.4 Before disputing a charge
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we aim to answer billing questions within one business day. Nothing in this Section limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of the country in which you live.
10. Credits #
Some products are delivered as credits: for example one Soulmate Sketch credit, or a pack of questions. A credit is used when the corresponding item is generated. Credits do not expire while your account remains open. Credits are not refundable except under Section 9. When you close your account, unused credits lapse; any refund is governed by Section 9.
11. Failed Payments #
If a renewal charge fails, our payment processor may retry it a limited number of times over the following days, and you may be asked to update your payment method. We may pause access to premium features while a payment is outstanding, and cancel the subscription if it remains unpaid.
12. Changes to These Subscription Terms #
We may update these Subscription Terms. Changes that are not unfavourable to you take effect when posted. Unfavourable changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel free of charge before they take effect.
