If you do not want Celesse to keep the quiz answers and birth details linked to your email address, tell us here. You do not need an account and you do not need to send a legal notice.
What happens next
- We email a confirmation link to that address. Nothing happens until you confirm, so nobody can remove someone else's data. If you're signed in, your account already proves the address, so there is no email.
- Once you confirm, we stop sending marketing emails to that address straight away, now and in future.
- At the same time, the quiz answers and birth details linked to that address are deleted automatically.
- If we hold no data for the address, nothing happens and no email is sent.
What this does not cover
If you have a Celesse account, this form does not close it. To delete your account and everything in it, use Delete my account in your profile, or write to support@celesse.co. If someone added your birth details to their account for a compatibility reading, write to us and we will remove them. Records we must keep by law, such as payment records, are kept as our Privacy Policy describes.
