This Cookie Policy explains how Alvin AI Studio LLC, 447 Broadway, 2nd Floor Suite 3007, New York, NY 10013, USA, the operator of Celesse ("we", "us"), uses cookies and similar technologies on celesse.co and in the Celesse web application, and how you can control them. It forms part of our Privacy Policy (celesse.co/privacy). Our technical provider, Otto Apps Yazılım Uygulama Bilgi Teknoloji Reklamcılık Danışmanlık Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (Türkiye), operates the site and app infrastructure on our behalf as a processor; cookie data is processed on our instructions only.
1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are #
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They hold an identifier and settings so a website can recognise your browser between page views and visits. Similar technologies do the same job by other means: browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage), pixels and web beacons (tiny images or scripts that report a page view or an action), and software development kits inside third-party scripts. In this Policy, "cookies" means all of these.
Cookies can be first-party (set by celesse.co) or third-party (set by a provider we use). They can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (kept until they expire or you delete them).

3. The Providers We Work With #
The list below may change as we add or remove tools. We update this Policy when it does. How long a cookie lasts depends on its purpose: session cookies end when you close your browser, and persistent cookies last until they expire under the provider's settings or until you delete them. 4. When Cookies Are Set #
- Strictly necessary cookies are set as soon as you visit, because the Service cannot work without them.
- Preferences, analytics and advertising technologies also load when you visit our site, for every visitor, wherever you are located. We do not ask for your permission before they load.
- By continuing to use our site, you agree to our use of cookies as described in this Policy. You can refuse or remove non-essential cookies at any time using the options in Section 5, and, where the law of your country gives you the right to object to or opt out of this processing, we respect that choice.
5. Managing Cookies #

- Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where the law requires, we treat a GPC signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- By email. Write to support@celesse.co with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to object to our use of analytics and advertising cookies.
Opting out of or blocking cookies may affect your experience and the functioning of some features of the site.
We do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them.
6. Data Collected Through Cookies and How Long We Keep It #
Cookies may collect your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, time zone, the pages and screens you visit, how you arrived at our site (referrer and campaign parameters), and the actions you take. Analytics and advertising data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy and in our Privacy Policy. Information about your visit may be processed in the United States, in Türkiye (by Otto Apps) and by the providers listed above under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
